Health Care
Well while I was researching for facts about healthcare, I came across this one website that had a lot of things I didn’t know about. Like for instance, it talked about over 46 million Americans who have no Healthcare in the United States and while the poorest are covered by Medicaid, by federal government’s social welfare, and also Medicare who covers retired workers; increasing numbers of people who work and earn too much money to be covered by Medicare and is left to their own. It use to be that the companies paid a hundred percent for healthcare as a part of wage and benefit package but now the workers are forced to pay a certain percentage that’s out of control. Not everyone can pay for the amount of healthcare along with every other bill he or she has to pay. The workers cost has increased, co-pays, fees, and deductibles are constantly going up. So healthcare is getting more impossible to pay for and it’s even harder on younger workers who are not covered by much. Also recently court rulings have overpowered union and companies to drop retired people from medical insurance making them rely on Medicare and sometimes get stuck with the bill. That is insane! This is one of the powerful countries in the world but the country won’t pay for Its own people’s health! Which I think that’s very important!!! Don’t you?
